You are welcome to pay in cash (either VND or USD) on your tour to your guide. The exchange rate we’re currently using is 1 US Dollar = 26,000 VND.

We can pick you up at your address in District 1 and District 3. Outside of these areas, please meet us in front of the Bitexco Financial Tower (https://maps.app.goo.gl/rcgqgR4hpPfepEYA6) in District 1.
Yes, accident insurance is included for every single guest who books our tours.
To ensure your safety and comfort on the tour, please inform us if you are over 100kg (220 lbs) in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
Vietnamese traffic may seem chaotic, but it is not dangerous, especially during peak hours when all vehicles drive slowly. All our drivers have legitimate driving licenses and are professionally trained to ensure the top safety on our tours.
The helmets we use on our tour for our guests are certified for road safety and of good quality. We also use high-quality raincoats instead of the cheap plastic ones.
The stops on the tour are fully tested for their food safety. The restaurants and eateries on tour are also certified with food-safety certification. In addition to that, the food on the tour is cooked fresh within the day instead of being kept for several days.
Yes, of course. Our tours are designed to be suitable for different ages (except for the Bia & Bites tour which only accommodates people over 18 years old), especially the puzzle-solving tours City’s Codes in which your children will get to be active through different activities. We offer different prices for children with different age ranges which are presented in the booking price. We have taken multiple families with young children on our tours and they all LOVE IT!
Kids under 5 years old will share the vespa with their parents. Kids from 5 years and older will have their own vespa.
Our drivers are trained to drive young children on the vespa and we do offer kid-friendly options for food and drinks on the tours. We recommend that you should wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Rain coats are provided by us in case of rain.
We strongly recommend that during our tours you leave valuable jewelry such as necklaces and earrings in your hotel in order to prevent them from being stolen or lost during the tour. Also please refrain from using your phone on the bike for safety reasons.
Yes. You must wear a helmet the entire time you are on a motorcycle. It is the law that both the driver and the passenger are required to wear helmets when riding a motorbike in Vietnam. Our helmets are qualified with Vietnamese road safety standards.
The helmets are cleaned after each tour. However, if you are concerned about the matter, we will provide you with a one-time-use headband inside the helmet.

A Vespa A Go Go tour typically lasts 3 – 4.5 hours. The timeline for each tour is presented specifically in the tours section. The stops are strategically arranged so our guests not only have an enjoyable flow with the tour but also experience a comfortable ride between each stop.

To ensure the best service and taking care of our guests, our tour cap at the maximum of 12 guests per tour. We also offer a private tour for you and your group.
For convenience and safety reasons, you shouldn’t bring any big luggage/bags. A crossbody bag or a small backpack should be fine. We also have space in our vespas to help you keep your stuff if needed.
Our tour’s price is all-inclusive with no extra charge and hidden fees. The price for all of our tours included:
– Professionally trained driver with a legit driving license.
– Accident insurance for all guests on tour.
– Licensed tour guide.
– Accessories on the tour. (helmet, raincoat etc.)
– Food, drinks & snacks served on the tour. (For our Dining Delights tour, it’s All-You-Can-Eat. Guests are welcome to order more food and drinks until they’re full)
You are not allowed to drive on our tours. You will be riding pillion with our professional drivers who are qualified to ride a Vespa. It is also illegal to drive in Vietnam without a Vietnamese driving license.
Yes of course. We do offer vegetarian/vegan options on our tours if we are informed in advance. Please let us know about your food restrictions (vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free/allergies) when booking the tour, so we can prepare accordingly. For every dish you cannot eat on the tour, we will provide a tasty alternative.
Of course you can. Things can change and we understand that. Our cancellation policy is as follow:.
- If you have a tour confirmed with us and want to cancel, please notify us at least 2 days before the tour date to avoid any cancellation fees.
- Any cancellation that occurs within 48 hrs before the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
You can also change your booking. Please also notify us at least 2 days before the tour date via email (support@vespaagogo.com)/hotline (+84385312407). The new tour date you would like to attend. Please be informed that the booking availability of the new tour will be subject to our availability on that day.

The rainy season usually lasts about 6 months in Saigon. Fortunately, the rain here doesn’t last very long. If it rains heavily at the time the tour starts, we will delay the tour between 15 – 30 minutes for the rain to lighten up.
If it rains heavily during the tour and we cannot continue, we will get a car to take you back to your hotel safely. You will only be charged for your time on the tour, not the full tour.
You are welcome to reschedule your tour to another day in case it rains heavily (subject to availability). If you decide to cancel the tour due to the rain, our cancellation policy will be applied. If we have to cancel the tour due to the rain, you will receive a full refund.
